on the evening of Saturday the 28th of the current month, while the Most Reverend Monsignor Nuncio of His Holiness, near the bank by the Church of the Madonna dei Miracoli, was with the Lord Ambassador of His Catholic Majesty [the King of Spain] and they were about to board a boat, [Soranzo] had the audacity to enter their very boat and offend one of the servants of His Majesty.
