Domenico Peroli, having borne hatred toward Girolamo di Benzi, his enemy, together with Martio the merchant, after on the 2nd of January past having encountered Benzi’s father in the streets, assaulted and wounded him with four very grave wounds, whereupon the man, being taken to the hospital in Genoa, died.
